Orders

Orders placed through our website, Google Forms, or email are subject to acceptance and confirmation by BeanWorks Supply Co. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Equipment

All coffee brewing equipment provided through the Free-On-Loan Program remains the sole property of Bean Works Supply, LLC at all times. Equipment terms are governed by a separate Free-On-Loan Equipment Agreement.

All trademarks, product images, and brand names displayed on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Alterra, Bright Tea Co., Flavia, and Lavazza are registered trademarks of Lavazza North America Inc. or its affiliates. Starbucks and the Starbucks logo are registered trademarks of Starbucks Corporation. Pike Place is a registered trademark of The Pike Place Market PDA. Peet's is a registered trademark of Peet's Coffee, Inc. or its affiliates. All trademarks are used under license. Product images and descriptions are provided by their respective manufacturers and are used with permission. The BeanWorks Supply Co. name and logo are the property of Bean Works Supply, LLC.

BeanWorks Supply Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our products and services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
