Delivery Area

​

BeanWorks Supply Co. delivers to businesses in southeastern Pennsylvania including Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, Berks, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, and Lancaster counties. Delivery availability outside of these areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Schedule

​

Orders are delivered on a recurring monthly schedule or as requested by the customer. Delivery dates are coordinated between BeanWorks Supply Co. and the customer.

Delivery Cost

​

Each customer receives one (1) complimentary delivery per month with their regular beverage order. Additional deliveries within the same month may be subject to a delivery fee at BeanWorks Supply Co.'s discretion.

Order Processing

​

Orders submitted through our order form are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery timing depends on product availability and scheduling.

Receiving Your Delivery

 

A representative from your business should be available to receive the delivery during normal business hours. If no one is available at the time of delivery, BeanWorks Supply Co. will attempt to reschedule.

Damaged or Missing Delivery

​

If your delivery arrives with damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours at Hendry@BeanWorksSupply.com or (610) 635-8110. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

​

Equipment Delivery

 

Equipment delivery and installation through the Free-On-Loan Program is handled separately and coordinated directly with your BeanWorks representative.
