It’s a program that lets your business use premium Flavia brewers at no upfront cost as part of a beverage supply agreement.
Why is the brewer free?
As an authorized distributor, we receive brewers through Lavazza’s Free-on-Loan program. Instead of reselling them, we provide them directly to our customers on the same terms.
Do I need to buy any accessories?
No, we own the equipment. You simply purchase your beverages through us.
Is there a monthly minimum?
Yes. Each brewer has a required monthly beverage purchase amount determined by Lavazza. These purchases keep the brewer free and active on your account. Your Bean Works representative will walk you through the details.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The program includes a beverage supply agreement outlining the terms of the program. Your representative will review everything with you before you commit.
Are installation and setup included?
Yes. We deliver, install, and configure your brewer for free, including your first water filter. BeanWorks does not offer installation methods (such as drilling etc.) that permanently alter customer's property.
What about maintenance?
Brewers require semi-annual maintenance. We perform all maintenance and service, and the cost of these visits is billed to the customer.
What beverages are available?
Lavazza, Alterra, Peet's, Starbucks, Dove, Bright Tea Co coffees, teas, specialty drinks, and other compatible products. All at exclusive distributor pricing not available to the public.
