Beverage Products 

​

All beverage product sales are final. Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on delivered orders.

​

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hendry@BeanWorksSupply.com or (610) 635-8110. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Office Essentials

​

All office essentials sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Preventative Maintenance and Services

​

Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Equipment

​

Equipment provided through the Free-On-Loan Program is the property of Bean Works Supply, LLC and is not available for purchase or refund. Equipment terms are governed by a separate agreement.

Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment or delivery by contacting us at Hendry@BeanWorksSupply.com or (610) 635-8110. Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled.
